This wine is made with fruits from a selected vine, and has a notable structure and a full body. It is aged for 30 months: initially, the fermentation and long maceration processes are carried out in Ganimede tanks, then the ageing continues in stainless steel barrels and is completed with a long period in bottles. The wine created expresses the strength, character and characteristic profile of the Montepulciano d’Abruzzo vine. The colour is intense, deep ruby red with purple hues. The aroma opens with an extraordinary bouquet of perfectly mature and concentrated scents. A mellow, harmonious fruity taste offers notes of prunes, dates and figs. All blended with fine spicy notes. On the palate, it reflects the candour of Montepulciano d’Abruzzo and highlights powerful tannins, pulpiness and long persistence. It is the ideal accompaniment to roast meats and cheeses.

To be served at 18°-20°C.
