COLLINE PESCARESI I.G.T.
In the soil of Abruzzo, the international Chardonnay vine takes on a strength and complexity that blend perfectly with its intrinsic elegance, breathing life into a unique product that fully expresses the peculiar characteristics of our “terroir”. Harvested by hand, the berries are selected one by one by our optical selection system, so that only the best grapes yielded by Punta di Colle vineyard are fermented. Fermentation occurs in stainless steel barrels and, after a short ageing period, the wine is bottled to preserve its olfactory and gustatory complexity. The colour is straw yellow, and it has a delicate, structured aroma with hints of tropical fruit. Its elegance and harmony are enhanced on the palate. Ideally paired with starters, fish or vegetable pasta and rice dishes and delicate meat dishes.
