CHARDONNAY / COLLINE PESCARESI I.G.T.

Originates from small bunches of Chardonnay, harvested manually in a vineyard which, over the years, has achieved the right balance for producing highly concentrated grapes. Fermented in small oak barrels where it remains for a long period, thus enriching its complex ageing process. The colour is intense, shiny golden yellow and it has an elegant, concentrated bouquet with hints of ripe and candied fruits, acacia honey, beeswax, fig and dates. The fullness of its aromas continues with delicate notes of yellow flowers that blend with ultra-fine spicy nuances of cinnamon, cloves, ginger and wilted rose. It has a warm, velvety mouth feel, is extremely well-balanced and has a long persistence. Ideally paired with fine fish dishes and delicate meat dishes. Excellent with hard cheeses, accompanied by bitter honey or rose hip jam. Also agreeable after meals with dry pastries.
